Santorum in 2008 speech: “Satan has his sights on the United States of America!”

It is peculiar to watch someone whose occult views are so radical weave his way into presidential politics.

And, in a 2008 interview uncovered Tuesday, Santorum seemed to imply that an Obama presidency would be the sign of an impending holy war.
“Satan has his sights on the United States of America!,” Santorum thundered to a Florida university crowd four years ago in a speech unearthed by the Drudge Report.
“The Father of Lies has his sights on what you would think the Father of Lies would have his sights on,” Santorum said. “[A] good, decent, powerful, influential country — the United States of America.”

I think those kind of fanatical views coming to light will hopefully narrow Sanatorm's appeal
Frankly what comes to mind is the quote by the famous writer Sinclair Lewis

“When fascism comes to America it will be wrapped in the flag and carrying a cross.”
