UFO sightings in Britain, more on the UK UFO Craze

The Guardian has created this great interactive map of British UFO sightings between 1959 and 1992. Looks like 1978 was the peak with 750 sightings. Interesting, since "Close Encounters of the Third Kind" came out the year before.
